And <strong>soon many new things from Caseificio Longo, which we will reveal in upcoming news!<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the meantime, however, let&#8217;s suggest a <strong>menu with a typically spring flavor<\/strong> based on our products that always represent the excellence of Piedmontese cheesemaking, recognized throughout Italy and abroad. Here is a perfect combination of dishes to be enjoyed both at home and during the first outdoor picnics. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Appetizer: <a href=\"\/ricette\/torta-salata-paglierina-asparagi.html\">savory pie with Paglierina and asparagus<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the appetizer we use asparagus, <strong>one of the wild vegetables that most represents spring<\/strong>: they start to sprout in our countryside as early as March, depending on the latitude. Together with our <strong>Paglierina<\/strong>, with its soft paste and short aging, it forms a truly perfect pair! <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>First course: <a href=\"\/ricette\/fiori-zucca-ripieni.html\">stuffed zucchini flowers<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If <strong>zucchini is a typical autumn vegetable, its flowers are one of the symbols of spring<\/strong>, blooming between March and April and remaining available until May. Fried they are good, but stuffed with one of our fresh cheeses like goat cheese they are simply irresistible! <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Main course: <a href=\"\/ricette\/fagottini-di-bresaola-e-tomini-freschi.html\">bresaola and fresh Tomini bundles<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For a main course focused on freshness and ease of preparation, we opt for a recipe prepared in collaboration with the talented students of IFSE (Italian Food Style Education): <strong>bresaola combined with the freshness of our Tomini and chives<\/strong> will give you a truly interesting symphony of flavors.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dessert: <a href=\"\/ricette\/cheese-cake-salata-con-seirass.html\">savory cheesecake with Seirass<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To close this menu, <strong>here is a dessert&#8230; that is not sweet!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Again in collaboration with IFSE students, we created this savory cheesecake where the base cheese is our <strong>very soft Seirass Reale<\/strong>, whose flavor is enhanced by cherry tomatoes.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is just an inspiration, of course, because in the <a href=\"\/ricette.html\">recipes section of our website<\/a> you will find dozens of other ideas to create many delicious spring menus!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Spring is just around the corner: longer days with many more hours of light, nature awakening after winter hibernation, more pleasant temperatures.
