Finger Food Tomino a Rotolo with mint courgettes


  • Tomino a Rotolo
  • Salt to taste
  • extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • 2 courgettes
  • 5 mint leaves

    Mix the Tomino roll with a little extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt and put everything in a piping bag.

    Dice the courgettes.

    Put a little oil In a frying pan and cook the courgettes for a few minutes, adding a pinch of salt and the mint leaves.
