The original Tomino for cooking is recognisable by its smooth and compact paste, and the maturing process that gives it its sweet and very slightly spicy flavour.
The fresh Tomino is a traditional Piedmontese cheese with no rind. It has a soft, white paste which is very humid and slightly acidic.
Made with 100% Piedmontese milk, it has a light and delicate flavour which combines easily with different ingredients to create delicious recipes.
