What milk do you use for your cheeses?
We use milk from Piedmont for our cheeses. Today, Caseificio Longo collects and processes over 150,000 kg of milk from more than 70 farms in Piedmont: a choice that allows us to provide continuity to a taste that remains recognizable over time.
Where are Caseificio Longo cheeses produced?
Caseificio Longo cheeses are produced in Canavese, where our story began and continues today. In Bosconero and Rivarolo Canavese: a bond with the territory that has accompanied our work for generations.
How do I separate the packaging?
The new Caseificio Longo packaging consists of two separable materials: paper and plastic. To dispose of them correctly, simply separate them before recycling, also following the instructions of your local municipality. It is a practical choice, designed to reduce environmental impact in a concrete way.
