Strawberry cheesecake

La preparazione della ricetta
Crumble the cookies with the melted butter and a little granulated sugar.
Spread the mixture on a baking pan and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Mix the ricotta with the sugar, yogurt and lemon zest.
Dissolve the gelatin in the warm cream and pour it into the mixture.
Arrange the strawberries cut into 4 on the cookie layer with some brown sugar then pour the mixture over it. Leave in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
Garnish with the remaining strawberries and mint leaves.
