La preparazione della ricetta

Blend the Tomino del Boscaiolo®, pour it into a bowl, then add the cream and egg yolks. Season with salt and grate in a little nutmeg.

Bake in the oven in a bain-marie and garnish with sliced porcini mushrooms and two sprigs of chives.
