50 g of butter
2 baskets of berries
2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of icing sugar

Prepare the crepes in advance. Mix the ricotta with the honey until creamy. Spread the mixture onto the crepes, fold them into quarters, and heat them in the oven at 180°C for 5 minutes with a few knobs of butter.

Open the crepes, add some berries, fold into quarters again, and place them on dessert plates. Dust with icing sugar and garnish with the remaining berries and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
