Wash the vegetables and dice them
Sauté them in a pan with some oil
Once well browned, season with salt and pepper, add the Tomino a Rotolo and stir to create a cream
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water
Drain the spaghetti while still al dente and finish cooking in the pan, tossing the pasta
Plate the spaghetti and serve with plenty of sauce
