Tomino Roll Finger Food with Minty Zucchini
La preparazione della ricetta
Mix the Tomino Roll with a little extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt and put everything in a piping bag.
Cut the zucchini into cubes.
In a pan, add a drizzle of oil and cook the zucchini for a few minutes, adding a pinch of salt and the mint leaves.
Plate by creating a base of tomino, add the zucchini and finish by adding a mint leaf.
