Caseificio Longo, a historic Piedmontese company specializing in cheese production, successfully participated in the 2025 edition of Anuga, the most important international food and beverage trade fair, held from October 4 to 8 at the Koelnmesse exhibition center in Cologne, Germany.
With 7,900 exhibitors from all over the world, over 140,000 visitors from 200 countries, and a format that combines 10 trade shows in a single fair, Anuga confirms its position every year as the leading global hub for innovation, trends, and business in the agri-food sector.
Among the key players was Caseificio Longo, based in Rivarolo Canavese, which proudly presented its range of dairy products, particularly its famous tomini—soft cheeses that represent one of the excellences of the Piedmontese dairy tradition.
Crafted according to recipes passed down for generations, Tomino del Boscaiolo Longo stood out for its delicate flavor, creamy texture, and culinary versatility. Available in several varieties, it captured the attention of buyers and industry professionals from all over the world.
During the five-day fair, Caseificio Longo met with numerous business partners and established new strategic contacts for expansion into foreign markets.
Participation in Anuga provided the company with an important international showcase, confirming Caseificio Longo’s ability to combine tradition, quality, and innovation, bringing Piedmontese tomino to tables worldwide.
