Pineapple with Seirass Reale


  • 12 slices of fresh pineapple
  • 2 glasses of dry white wine
  • 250 g of Longo Ricotta Seirass
  • Mint leaves

    Place the pineapple slices to soak in the wine for about two hours and leave to chill in the fridge.

    Drain and serve, spooning some Longo Ricotta Seirass over the top, after beating it into a thick cream, and decorate with the mint leaves.
