The recipe preparation

1

Wrap the Tomino in a slice of eggplant and a slice of pepper, then place it on a piece of brik or filo pastry the size of half a sheet of letter paper, brush with melted butter, and close it into a parcel.

2

Wrap it again with 2-3 more sheets of pastry, closing the "parcel" from the opposite side each time. Always brush with butter, including the outside.

Proceed in the same way, varying the vegetables you wrap the Tomini Boscaioli with: zucchini and pepper; zucchini and tomato; eggplant and tomato.

3

Once the wrapping is complete, arrange the "pastillas" (parcels) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about fifteen minutes, until the pastry appears lightly golden.
