Mix the Tomini and cream until you obtain a creamy mixture to keep in the fridge until ready to serve.

Prepare a mix of chopped walnuts or basil and mint, add it to the cream, add a pinch of salt and serve it accompanied by tender celery stalks and slices of toasted bread.
