250 g of Ricotta Seirass Longo

Let the pineapple slices macerate in the wine for about 2 hours and let them cool in the refrigerator.

Drain them and serve them arranged on top of some Seirass Longo ricotta that you will have whipped to obtain a thick cream and garnish with mint leaves.
