Tomino and pumpkin bites wrapped in sesame and pumpkin seed pastry
La preparazione della ricetta
Bake the pumpkin in the oven with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper, covered with aluminum foil in a baking tray for about 1 hour at 160-170°C.
Once cooked and cooled, blend well until you obtain a thick cream. Adjust with salt and pepper if needed.
Roll out the puff pastry, fill it with Tomino and pumpkin filling, then fold them closed.
Brush with a thin layer of beaten egg and decorate with sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds.
Bake at 190°C for 12-15 minutes.
