Tomino del Boscaiolo® with Speck Burger

Cut the unpeeled potatoes into thick sticks; wash them to remove the starch, drain, and dry thoroughly with a kitchen towel. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and fry the potatoes in two batches. Place them on paper towels and season with salt.
Cut the bread in half and place one or two lettuce leaves (depending on size) on the bottom half. Top with two tomato slices.
Heat the Tomini del Boscaiolo® with speck on a griddle or in a non-stick pan, then place them on the prepared bases. Cover with the top bun and heat the bread for about another minute on the griddle or in the oven.
