Sear the tuna in a pan with very little oil, slice it thinly, and set aside.
Meanwhile, thinly slice the Primosale and alternate the slices on a serving plate.
Season with extra virgin olive oil and chopped capers, then garnish with julienned sun-dried tomatoes.
