250 g buckwheat flour
1 egg
500 ml cold water
5 g salt
100 g Fresh Tomino
2 small peppers (yellow or red)
1 heaping tablespoon of brown sugar
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon tomato paste

**Tomino cream:**

In a bowl, work the tomino until creamy. Drizzle in the EVOO, stirring like a real chef! Don't forget salt, pepper, and lemon juice. It should be nice and fluffy, almost like mayonnaise! Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

**Preparing the potatoes:**

Finely chop the onion and then start on the potatoes! Peel, wash, and dry them well. Grate them using the large holes of a grater and squeeze them in a tea towel to remove excess water (promise, there won't be a lake in the kitchen!). Mix with the onion, starch, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper.

**Fry and enjoy:**

Heat plenty of vegetable oil in a pan. Divide the potato mixture into 8 parts and flatten them slightly. Submerge them in the hot oil and cook until golden brown. When they're ready, place them on paper towels and get ready to dive back into the series you were watching!
