We say it often because we care, and because exporting Piedmontese dairy excellence everywhere is one of our main missions.
First, we crossed regional borders by distributing throughout Italy, and for several years now our market has expanded beyond national borders: we are happy and proud that our products are also available in Europe and America.
And for those abroad who don’t know us yet, there are international trade fairs. This is exactly why we will be participating in SIAL Paris, from October 15 to 19.
SIAL is, quite simply, the largest international trade fair dedicated to the agri-food world, and the numbers expected for this edition—the first since 2018—confirm it: over 310,000 professionals are expected, while there will be around 7,200 exhibitors from 120 countries worldwide. Italy will be the second most represented nation, and we will be among the approximately 800 companies present.
The theme of this year’s show is “Own the Change”: managing change is important to avoid further burdening an ecosystem already in great difficulty, like that of our planet. It is a theme that interests us and concerns us closely: we have always been supporters of the short supply chain, and for over a year we have been distributing our products in eco-friendly packaging, which reduces plastic consumption by 50% and is easily recyclable. Furthermore, by 2025, we have set ourselves the goal of totally eliminating polystyrene, including during the various production stages.
Returning to SIAL, around 200 conferences and other events are scheduled during the fair, ranging from innovation topics to studies on consumer trends. We look forward to seeing you at the Paris-Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center, in Hall 7, stand E081!
