Characteristic cheese from Alba, in the province of Cuneo, with a chalky, very humid and slightly acidic paste.
Robiola has a characteristic shape and scent, and it tastes of fresh milk.
It comes in a variety of flavours, with the addition of rocket, chilli or truffle.
