SeirassReale
A typical example of Piedmontese excellence, Seirass is produced with cow and sheep milk and features a soft, very moist, sweet, and velvety paste, snow-white in color and with an abundant release of milk.
Available only in the traditional fabric cone, just as it was produced in the Royal Hunting Estate of the Gran Paradiso Park.
Awarded the World Cheese Award 2012 gold medal.
The product is available in a small 250 g cone format and a large 1 kg cone.
