Old Victory cake with Seirass


  • Longo Seirass Reale
  • Shortcrust pastry for the base
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Sugar
  • Raisins
  • 3 pears cooked in wine
  • Hazelnut chips
  • 2 eggs

    Roll out a 24 cm disc of shortcrust pastry.
    Mix all the ingredients apart from the pears together and spread half the mixture over the base, arrange the pear slices over it and cover with the remaining mixture.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes, garnish after cooking.
