Seirass Ricotta and fruits of the forest pancake


  • 100 g seirass
  • 8 pancakes
  • 50 g of butter
  • 2 punnets of fruits of the forest
  • 2 spoons of honey
  • 1 spoon of icing sugar
  • Mint leaves

    Prepare the pancakes earlier. Mix the ricotta with the honey until creamy. Spread the mixture over the pancakes, fold in half and then in half again, and heat in the oven at 180°C for five minutes with a few curls of butter.

    Open the pancakes, fill with fruits of the forest, fold again and place on dessert plates. Dust with icing sugar and garnish with the remaining fruit and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
