Glass of Seirass and apple with pomegranate jelly

Ingredients

  • Longo Seirass
  • Rennet apples
  • Sugar
  • Pomegranate jelly
  • Fresh mint

Preparation

  • 1

    Cook the apples until mushy, then mix 3/4 with the Seirass.
    Add the sugar and pour into the glass.

  • 2

    Fill the glass with the rest of the apple and decorate with the pomegranate jelly and a fresh mint leaf.
