Chocolate, Seirass and raspberry cake

Ingredients

  • Seirass Longo
  • cioccolato fondente
  • latte
  • mandorle
  • zucchero
  • uova
  • pasta frolla
  • lamponi freschi
  • sciroppo di lamponi

Preparation

    Melt the dark chocolate in a saucepan with a little milk.
    Add the Seirass, chopped almonds, sugar and eggs.

    Pour the mixture into the cake tin lined with shortcrust pastry and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes, then decorate with the fresh raspberries and raspberry syrup.
