Fresh 35 Gram Tomini Sushi


  • 12 35g natural Tomini
  • Avocado, black and white sesame, poppy seeds
  • 1 stick of green celery
  • Chives
  • Dried apricots
  • Shelled almonds
  • Bresaola
  • Smoked tuna
  • Pink peppercorns
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Pumpkin and ginger preserve
  • Salt

    Roll the Tomini in the chopped apricots and almonds to form two cylinders.
    Peel and finely chop the avocado, splash with lemon juice and rill the Tomini in it, placing a pink peppercorn on top.

    Do the same with the black sesame, inserting a stick of avocado inside.
    Mash three Tomini is a bowl, add the chopped chives and spread part of the mixture on the slices of bresaola. Roll up and cut into small cylinders.

    Use the remaining mixture to make a cylinder and roll it in the poppy seeds, then cut into pieces. Lastly, roll the last Tomini in the white sesame, flattening them; cut them into pieces and place a rectangle of smoked tuna on top.
