Tomino and cream mousse


  • 1 roll of Longo Fresh Tomini
  • 100 g of thick cream
  • 6 chopped walnuts or chopped basil and mint
  • Tender celery sticks
  • Toast
  • Salt

    Mix the Tomini and cream to a smooth consistency and place in the fridge until required.

    Chop up some walnuts or basil and mint, add to the cream with a pinch of salt and serve with the celery sticks and slices of toast. ​
