Tuna and Primosale Carpaccio

Ingredients

  • Longo Primosale
  • Tuna
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Capers
  • Dried tomatoes

Preparation

    Gently fry the tuna with a small amount of oil, cut it into slices and set to one side.
    Meanwhile, finely slice the Primo Sale and alternate the slices on a serving platter.
    Dress with extra virgin olive oil and chopped capers, then decorate with dried tomatoes cut into julienne strips.
